Orders & Processing

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed in the order they are received and typically ship within 1–3 business days. During sales or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Can I make changes to my order?
We work quickly to fulfill orders, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business daysafter shipment.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Issues

Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items, which must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days and include your order number and photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Products & Inventory

Will items be restocked?
Many of our items are seasonal or limited in quantity. If something you love is out of stock, we recommend purchasing when available as restocks are not guaranteed.

Are colors exactly as shown online?
We do our best to accurately represent colors, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

Wreath & Bow Care

How do I fluff my bow or wreath?
Place your hand inside each loop and gently pull outward and upward to fan the loops. Adjust ribbon tails as needed for a full, polished look.

Can I use wreaths outdoors?
For best longevity, we recommend displaying wreaths in a covered or protected area to minimize exposure to weather.
