Due to the seasonality of our products, all sales are final. We only accept returns in the case of damaged or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a refund or replacement.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will provide next steps, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

To qualify for a return:

Refunds & Replacements

Approved claims will be processed promptly. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank.
